We were delighted recently to be able to send out cheques to the the families of 9 children who have a life limiting condition . These children range in age from 8 months to 9 years of age, with 2 of the children being from the one family . The families supported are located in 6 different Counties which include Galway, Tipperary, Laois, Dublin, Wicklow and Longford. All of these families are incurring significant non medical costs while caring for their children and we hope that our assistance will ease some of the pressure they are under.
We can only provide this support due to the generosity of many people through individual donations. numerous fundraising events and corporate donations and support . They are helping us help others and we are extremely grateful.
There are approximately 4,000 children in Ireland with a life limiting condition and we will continue to support as many of those that need our help.
